Our mission at True Woman Program is to offer an award-winning virtual program that simply provides you as a leader with the tools and support you need to find your “True Self”, “Happiness”, and “Balance” in your meaningful life.

True Women is a unique program that combines two outstanding frameworks in the business world;

• Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman, and

• The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.

Over the course of 3 days, participant will be exposed to the knowledge and essence of years of research in the leadership and management world, on what great leaders do and how they behave.
